ACKNOWLEDGEMENT (Please Read Carefully)

I acknowledge that ‘Foam Party Hire’ is only a hire company, and they are not the organiser of my Events. Therefore I acknowledge, that myself and anyone that is participating in my events are my responsibility, including but not limited to, any losses, injuries and damages. I acknowledge and agree to the following conditions of hiring ‘Foam Party Hire’: 1. A responsible person over 18 years of age must supervise during the duration of hiring ‘Foam Party Hire’ services. ‘Foam Party Hire’ is not responsible for providing such person. 2. I take full responsibility for the behaviours and conduct of all persons under my supervision. 3. I agree to explain and ensure all participants for whom I am responsible for and are attending my events will be aware of the requirements when participating in the foam party. 4. I agree to explain and ensure all participants of my events, knows that the floor is wet and can be slippery. 5. I agree No foam party will be operating in a swimming pool or near it. 6. I agree if during the events any damages or losses to the Foam Machine cause by myself or my participants, a fine of $3,000AUD will be charged to me, equaling the full value of the Foam Machine.
